Vehicle insurance and road tolls
Vehicle
insurance is mandatory and it is carried out at border
crossings. The citizens of the countries which Montenegro has
got a special agreement with are exempt from this obligation.
Therefore, the green card is valid for the following countries:

airport: Podgorica and Tivat. Airport Golubovci (Podgorica) – 12

is linked with the world by the sea route. Passenger and cargo
